Move With Me
My aim as a yoga teacher is to help you improve your strength, stability and flexibility so you can move better and feel better off the yoga mat.
Whether you're an office worker, an avid gym goer or a retiree, these classes will help to improve your overall mobility, reducing pain and stiffness along the way.
Currently you can find me teaching at the following gyms, alongside the occasional public class!
- Energie Fitness (Weds 7-8pm, Sat 11:15-12:15pm)
- Bannatynes Quay Street (Sat 9:55-10:55am)
- JD Salford (Mon 8-9pm, Tues 7-8am)
