Welcome to the BeYoga family!
As a physiotherapist in training and as a yoga teacher, my aim is to help you feel good in your body and to feel good for a long time.
I'm not concerned with how flexible you are or whether you can do the splits. If you can't hold a handstand or get your leg behind your head, that's ok!
What matters to me is whether you can move your body freely and can do all the tasks that you want to achieve. This could be hiking a mountain or simply bending down to sweep the floor.
So whether you're an office worker, an avid gym goer or a retiree, my classes will help to improve your overall functional mobility, so you can move better and feel better off the yoga mat.
