My aim as a yoga teacher is to help you improve your strength, stability and flexibility so you can move better and feel better off the yoga mat.
During Covid and this never ending UK lockdown, I'm currently teaching 2x weekly online Zoom classes. This is a great chance to practice in your own comfortable environment (hello PJ yoga) and it's also a great way to stay connected. Come and join the community!
Whether you're an office worker, an avid gym goer or a retiree, these classes will help to improve your overall mobility, reducing pain and stiffness along the way.
